A Twitch chat game. Something is stuck: a sword in a stone, a cow in a well, the moon in the sky. Everyone types PULL. A pull lasts 30 seconds (up to a minute on the biggest levels), so type it again to stay in. When enough of you pull at the same moment, it comes free.
Ten people pull the first thing out. The last one takes a million. Every pull is one person; nobody counts more than anyone else.
